①數控刀具前角:影響切削力、切削刃強度和切屑流動特性;
②數控刀具切入角:控制切削力的方向,有效減薄切屑,保護切削刃薄弱的部位;
③數控刀具后角:確保數控刀具切削時不會與工件發生摩擦、碰撞。
通過對數控刀具的這三個角度進行綜合優化,可以強化切削刃,同時使工件材料能從切削區自由流出,從而減小切削力,延長數控刀具的耐用度。

The Angle of NC tool is as follows: 1 The Rake Angle of NC tool: affects the cutting force, the cutting edge strength and the chip flow characteristic; 2 the Cutting Angle of NC tool: controls the direction of cutting force, effectively reduces the chip, protects the weak part of the cutting edge; 3 NC Tool Back Angle: ensure that the NC tool will not have friction and collision with the workpiece when cutting. The cutting edge can be strengthened and the workpiece material can flow out freely from the cutting area, so the cutting force can be reduced and the durability of the NC tool can be prolonged
